You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the instructions included in our emails or by adjusting your preferences in the app settings.


• Alarm Optimization Data: We may collect your birth year and sex on an optional basis to potentially enhance the personalization of our services and optimize alarm recommendations. This data helps us better tailor the app experience to your needs. We do not share this information with third parties.


• AI Training: By using the app, you have the option to allow DeepSleep to use your aggregated and anonymized data for AI training purposes. This data helps improve our systems and generate insights for enhancing user experience. The data cannot be used to identify you personally, and you may opt out at any time.


• Data Synchronization and Backups: Your account information, sleep data, and any related files will be securely stored on the servers of our trusted service providers. This storage is essential for the app's functionality. We are committed to maintaining the security and confidentiality of your data and do not transmit your health information to any external servers beyond this purpose.


• Tracking Technologies: We utilize internally developed tracking technologies to understand how users interact with the app. These technologies collect data on app usage patterns, feature engagement, and user preferences. This information helps us improve app performance and user experience.

• Right to Correction: You can request corrections to any inaccurate data.
• Right to Deletion: You can request deletion of your data.
• Right to Data Portability: Currently, we are unable to offer data export in a CSV file format due to system limitations.
• Right to Object: Currently, you cannot object to specific data processing due to current system limitations.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent for specific data processing activities, including AI training, promotional emails, and the processing of your sex, birth year, name, and email. You can update your preferences in the app settings to opt out of these activities. If you no longer wish to receive promotional emails, you can unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in the emails. Additionally, you have the ability to delete your account at any time, which will erase all of your data from our systems. Withdrawing consent or deleting your account will not affect the legality of data processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.
